Q: What type of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Q: Can I cancel an order once it is placed?
A: Once orders have been placed we begin the production process. Since we make our popcorn in small batches to order, cancellation is not possible.
Q: Can I include a gift message with my order?
A: Yes. When you place your order, you will have the option to enter a gift message.
Q: What shipping methods do you use?
A: We use USPS Priority Mail for our smaller boxes (1 gallon and 2 gallon tins) and UPS for our larger boxes.
Q: Does someone have to be home to sign for the delivery?
A: No. However, we recommend you ship to a business location if someone will not be available to accept delivery. UPS and USPS will leave your order at your door without a signature. Popsations Popcorn Company cannot be responsible for deliveries where there is no one available to accept the delivery.
Q: How long will my popcorn stay fresh?
A: Your popcorn will stay fresh for approximately thirty days (sometimes more) if the following things are kept in mind: open your popcorn when you are ready to eat it; keep it away from humidity and heat; store in an air-tight container at room temperature; do not refrigerate, freeze, reheat or microwave your popcorn.
Q: Is your website secure?
A: We have chosen the best SSL solution to help protect credit card information and other confidential information provided when placing an order.
Q: Is your popcorn nut-free?
A: We do not currently make any flavors with nuts. We may, however, in the future add flavors with nuts.
Q: Is your popcorn gluten-free?
A: There are no wheat products in any of our flavors.
Q: What kind of oil do you use?
A: None. All of our popcorn is air-popped.
